At the end of the day, we can talk as much as we want about the benefits of CoolSculpting by ThinSculpting but it won’t give you any more of an idea about what to expect during the procedure. There are few things as nerve wracking as having something medical done and we understand the anxiety that comes along with going to an office. This is why we wanted to spend a little bit of time talking about what you can expect during the actual CoolSculpting procedure when you come in to have it done.
For those who have never had this treatment before, there are a few things that you want to know. First of all, it is a non-invasive procedure. This means that there are no incisions made which cuts down on both pain and recovery time. During your visit, you can expect to have time to relax due to the methods that we use. Many people use this time to read or catch up on some work online or even take a nap! The possibilities are endless when it comes to what you can do while having those pesky pounds frozen away!
Another thing that we like to point out for people who are new to CoolSculpting is that there is no medication so you don’t need to be concerned about reactions or side effects. The only concern would be if you have been diagnosed with Cold Urticaria or another similar disorder which causes you to have a reaction to the cold. If you do have an issue with colder temperatures, be sure to talk to your doctor before coming into ThinSculpting and let our certified CoolSculpting technicians know that a reaction is possible. If this isn’t a concern, however, the possibility of any lasting negative side effects is almost non-existent!
