Loving yourself is one of the most important things that you can do for yourself in this life. It is also one of the most difficult things that you can do. Loving yourself isn’t as easy as putting on a dress that you like or getting into a suit that you think looks good on you and calling it a day. You need to be able to love yourself no matter what you are or are not wearing. See past what you perceive as imperfections and be sure that no matter what someone else may say, you understand that the only opinion that matters at the end of the day is yours.
Here at CoolSculpting by ThinSculpting, we understand just how difficult that is. It’s a daily struggle for almost everyone to be accepting of their own body. Even if you are super body positive for everyone else, it can be hard to extend that acceptance to yourself. We take in a lot of hate for different body types and we internalize that towards our own forms first. This is dangerous, but very common. We are here to make sure that you can love what you have and feel comfortable in your own skin.
The process of CoolSculpting is not meant to be a miracle weight loss cure. While you might find that you lose some weight while going through our treatment, it is more meant to deal with those trouble areas that refuse to shrink. At times, this is what you need to do to love yourself again. That’s perfectly fine! Our main goal is to make sure that you are once again comfortable in your own skin and body. There is nothing more important to us than that.

In today’s society, there is often a stereotype that comes with men who care about how they look. Here at ThinSculpting, we think that it is ridiculous that anyone is unfairly judged for wanting to be happier with their appearance. This is why we wanted to make sure that everyone, regardless of gender, realizes that CoolSculpting is not just for women to take advantage of. Despite the fact that our client base is generally female, we are fully equipped to help all people reveal the thin that is inside and will do everything we can to get you comfortable with your body.
There is a strange double standard with how men are supposed to act and look in our country. The idea of a muscular man is pushed in the media as the optimal body, yet a large part of society also shame men when they work hard to get that body. Even with the normalization and “appreciation” of the so-called “dad bod”, men still often feel like they need to work toward this often unattainable goal. While we don’t believe that CoolSculpting is a replacement for eating well or exercising, we do know just how much of a difference it can make for someone who may not feel confident in their own skin.
The term “beauty is pain” is not something only women understand. Thankfully, it also doesn’t apply to a CoolSculpting procedure! Our treatment has been FDA-cleared and is non-invasive and virtually pain free. In fact, it is so comfortable to have a CoolSculpting treatment done that many people end up taking a nap while getting their fat frozen. Others bring work or a book along with them for some relaxation time, so you can talk to one of our certified CoolSculpting specialists about what you might want to bring with you. It might be a great time for you to catch up on your favorite hobby!
If you are unsure about your next step toward looking the way you want to, give the Triangle Region’s only Diamond rated CoolSculpting facility a call. We can also take an appointment through our online tool if you would prefer using that. Our phone number really says it all, so call 800-8THIN-YOU today and speak with any of our staff to see what we can do to help you find the thin that is in you!

I walked into Target yesterday for one small little thing and so naturally I ended up spending two hours there. One of the first things I saw when I walked in, however, was the selection of swimsuits that are already out. I didn’t look too closely at them, but I did make a comment about how it seems like they show up earlier and earlier each year. While in some ways this is good, it can also be an aggravating reminder of how much weight you have gained over the winter. I know it certainly didn’t do much to improve my mood when I saw them and thought about my waist size.
One of the best parts of the summer is getting to go into a pool or the ocean and cool off. One of the worst is trying to find a swimsuit that is comfortable and makes you look good while you’re doing it. Personally I’ve always preferred one piece suits, but there is nothing wrong with having something that shows your stomach if you are confident in how you look and feel. Unfortunately, not many of us are very confident in our own skin and this time of the year can really bring that fact to the forefront of our minds. Thankfully, we know who can help.
CoolSculpting by ThinSculpting is dedicated to making you look and feel great. We know how difficult it can be to be confident when showing problem areas like your stomach and legs, but we also know how much better people feel when they are happy with how they look. It can make a world of difference in someone’s personality and it is never a wasted day if we help one person feel better about themselves. We are dedicated to your wellbeing, which is why we will do everything we can to get you through our doors.
If you have been thinking about checking out a CoolSculpting facility, call 800-8THIN-YOU to schedule your free consultation with a certified CoolSculpting technician at either our Cary or Raleigh facilities. We have the only Diamond Rated facility in the Triangle region and when you walk through our doors you will understand why! Ask about our financing options when you call or come in and rest assured that we will do everything we can to help you get the body you’ve always wanted. We will help you find the thin that is in you!

There is a lot of confusion about CoolSculpting and one of the biggest questions we hear about involves whether or not people can have this procedure done. We want to clear up as much confusion as we can, so today I want to help you figure out if you are a candidate for this life changing treatment. We do want to stress, however, that you should always talk to your doctor before having any kind of procedure done. It is important that your doctor knows what you are doing with your body, regardless of whether or not it is invasive or dangerous.
For the most part, almost everyone is able to actually have the CoolSculpting procedure done, so it will actually be easier to explain what may prevent someone from having a safe session. One of the biggest reasons to hold off on coming in for a ThinSculpting session is if you are pregnant or have recently given birth. Although many women try to “bounce back” quickly after having a child, it is important to remember that pregnancy is a lot for the human body to handle. Not only have you changed size for the past 40 or so weeks, but your hormones are also going to be extremely haphazard for a while. This is especially true if you are actively breastfeeding. Give yourself some time to recover from creating another human before coming in and seeing about a ThinSculpting session.
Another warning regards those who have certain cold-related diseases, such as cold induced urticaria. As you may have gathered from the name, CoolSculpting uses cold to “freeze” fat cells, so those who may have an adverse reaction to cold, especially when it comes into contact with the skin, should not go through with this treatment. Definitely speak to your doctor first and see if CoolSculpting is a good idea for you, especially if you have any sort of condition that is set off by cold or is related to your nerves.
Here at the Triangle Region’s only diamond rated CoolSculpting facility, we want to help as many people as possible. While we want to help you find the thin that is in you, we know that your overall health is the most important thing in the world. If you are unsure about your candidacy, call us at 800-8-THIN-YOU or come to either of our locations. Our certified CoolSculpting technicians can answer any questions you may still have and help you get the results you desire!

Stress is one of those universal factors that all of us deal with. I don’t know about you, but I have never met someone who doesn’t live with some level of stress. While stress is a normal part of life, many of us are stressed almost every day, and sometimes to an unhealthy level. Between work, family, school, and a million other little things that make up our lives, something is bound to make us stay awake at night. When stress starts affecting your eating and sleeping habits, that’s when something needs to change.
One of the biggest issues with stress other than the constant feelings of anxiety and dread that it causes is the potential weight gain. Many people “stress eat”, which means they snack even if they aren’t hungry simply because they feel stressed. In case you never noticed, it is rarely healthy food that gets eaten during a stress-induced snack either. Even for people who don’t eat when they get stressed, their weight can still be affected. Losing weight when done based on stress related habits is not a healthy thing either. It is always important that you focus on your health more than just the numbers that you see on a scale. Regardless of how much weight you may seem to lose based on your stress levels, it is wildly unhealthy to stay in a constant state of stress. Make sure that your mental health doesn’t suffer due to your physical goals.
Exercising is a great option to help you deal with both stress and your weight. Even things like yoga can help with both issues and it doesn’t cause anywhere near as much strain on your joints as traditional weight loss methods like running. If exercising doesn’t seem to help you reduce your stress levels, try and find another healthy alternative and see how much that can affect your weight and mood.
If you are looking to get rid of stress related weight, look no further than the non-invasive, FDA-cleared fat freezing procedure known as CoolSculpting. Having a stressful life is not out of the ordinary, but feeling bad about how you look should be. Give us a call at 800-8THIN-YOU or use our online booking tool to get a consultation with one of our certified CoolSculpting technicians today. If you come into ThinSculpting, we can help you find the thin that is in you!
